- Membership is valid for a year from the point of purchase, Woodland Adventure Days May Half Term and Enchanted Summer Adventure only, it does not include admission to our other Special Events
- Tickets must be booked online through our 'Members Area’ page before you visit

- Children Under 1 don’t require a membership with us, there is an option to add a under 1 yr ticket when you book via our ‘Members Area’ page.
- You must bring your membership with you when you attend otherwise you will be charged full price for your tickets.

- If a Child Over 92cm & Carer or Child Under 92cms & Carer Membership is booked, you must bring along proof of carer on your first visit, to be issued a Membership Card.
- Memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by the named membership holder
- Your membership entitles you to one train ride on the day you book for
- You will receive 10% off in our Shop and Cafe when you visit, membership must be shown to receive the discount
- You will receive priority booking for special events, 1 week prior to the tickets going on general sale
