- Membership is valid for a year from the point of purchase, Train & Play, Woodland Adventure Days May Half Term and Enchanted Summer Adventure only, it does not include admission to our other Special Events
- Tickets must be booked online through our 'Members' booking page before you visit
- You must bring your membership with you when you attend otherwise you will be charged full price for your tickets
- Memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by the named membership holder
- Your membership entitles you to one train ride on the day you book for
- You will receive 10% off in our Shop and Cafe when you visit, membership must be shown to receive the discount
- You will receive priority booking for special events, 1 week prior to the tickets going on general sale
